RECOVERY IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR TRAINING

Building recovery time into any training program is just as important as the training itself. Whether you’ve smashed your Strength & Conditioning classes throughout the week or put your body through the ringer with your endurance training, giving time for your body to recover is crucial. During this time, your body adapts to the stress of exercise and repairs damaged muscle tissue.

The Ice Bath and Sauna Room are available for all LUNA members and non members to use throughout the week. Recover using the Hot & Cold Therapy.
